Banking and Payment Protection browser displays "Protected browser could not be started" or error 0x847695d0

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Start All programsESET → your ESET product → Uninstall.

    Windows 8/10: Press the Windows key + R, type Control into the blank field and click OK. Click Uninstall a program, select your ESET product and then click Change
     
  2. Click Next.

  3. Click Repair.

  4. Click Repair again to begin the repair process.

  5. When the repair process completes, click Finish. Click Yes to restart your computer. After the restart, the issue you were experiencing should be resolved. If the issue persists, manually uninstall your ESET product and then reinstall as normal.
