Solution

Renew your ESET license

The renewal process is different based on the country in which you bought your ESET license.

  1. Visit your local Renewals page, or select your language from the right sidebar of this article for instructions for your country.
     
  2. Follow the instructions on the website opened in your browser window.

If you are still unable to renew after following the instructions in this article, contact your local ESET partner for assistance.

 


Renew your ESET license (North American customers)

Before proceeding

  • You can renew your ESET home product license up to 60 days before your license expires, or up to 60 days after. Contact ESET Sales at +1 (866) 343-3738, or follow the steps below, to renew.
  • You will need your ESET-issued Username. Where is my Username?
  1. Visit our Renewals page.

  2. Enter your ESET-issued Username or License Key into the blank field and click Submit.

  3. Select your preferred renewal option (for example, 1 Year) and click Add To Cart.

  4. Submit and confirm your order to complete the checkout process.

  5. After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from ESET containing your Username, Password and License Key. Be sure to keep this important email for your records.
