Temporarily disable my Windows ESET home product

- ESET Smart Security Premium
- You need to troubleshoot or install third-party software that requires you to temporarily disable your ESET antivirus software

Open your Windows ESET product. How do I open my ESET product?.
Click Setup → Computer protection.
Click Pause Antivirus and antispyware protection.
Select the length of time you would like to disable protection from the drop-down menu and click Apply.
- Open ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus. How do I open my ESET product?
Click the Protection status icon → Temporarily disable protection. Click Yes when you are prompted to confirm this action.

In the Temporarily disable protection window, select the length of time you would like to disable protection from the Time interval drop-down menu. Click OK to continue.
