Upgrade to ERA 6.5 may take some time to complete

If you have run the Component Upgrade task to upgrade to ESET Remote Administrator 6.5 and cannot log into your ERA Web Console, the upgrade task is still running.

Do not restart the ERA Server or the ERA service while the database is upgrading. Once the task has completed, you will be able to log in to your ERA Web Console as you normally do.
